Leadership Advantage Program is a five year cohort program supporting incoming freshmen students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities. This cohort of ethnically diverse individuals receive personal and professional development.
Through strategic partnerships, mentorship, and civic engagement, the organization curates robust educational programming to supplement learnings from the student’s respective college or university.
You'll have the opportunity to build your network with other HBCU students within the program.

Freshmen & Sophomores attending HBCUs in fall 2023
Open to all majors and disciplines
Drive to maintain minimum 3.0 GPA
Desire for an internship during summer after sophomore year

What is your Brand? How are you perceived? We'll help you with your communication skills, teach you financial literacy, and other soft skills needed to excel.
Who is one leader you admire? What makes them noteworthy? We'll teach you ways to develop your leadership skills and learn the power of your voice.
